Our Story

Kite Club Koh Phangan was founded in 2021 with a simple idea: create the most welcoming, professional, and fun kitesurfing school on the island. We started with two instructors and a handful of kites on Thong Sala Beach. Today we're a team of six certified instructors offering kitesurfing, wing foil, windsurfing, E-Foil, kayaking and SUP — all from our base on one of Thailand's most beautiful beaches.

We believe that learning a new sport should be an adventure, not a stressful experience. Our team speaks five languages, our equipment is maintained to IKO standards, and every lesson uses radio communication helmets so your instructor can guide you in real time on the water.

Koh Phangan's shallow lagoon, consistent SE trade winds, and warm water make it one of the best learning environments in Southeast Asia. We've introduced over 1,000 students to kitesurfing — from complete beginners to advanced riders chasing their first foiling sessions.
