- Wind window theory: where power comes from and where it disappears
- Land drills: wing steering, depower stroke and emergency drop
- Correct grip and body stance: upper body relaxed, hips driving forward
Water session — board and wing together
- Body drag in water with the wing: feel lift and direction without board pressure
- Kneeling on the board: balance and steering before attempting to stand
- First stand-up attempt: feet position, weight distribution and wing angle
- All IWO-certified equipment provided · 1-on-1 instructor · 2h private
